ARR Family may process a verified email address and identity identifier, display name and pending access-request status, the server-assigned family role, parent learning intentions and permissions, advisor proposals, sparse child words or actions intentionally recorded as observations, teaching moves, responses, uncertainty, corrections, session handoffs, and audit metadata.
Do not provide passwords, authentication phrases, government identifiers, payment-card data, medical records, full chat transcripts, or hidden chain-of-thought reasoning.
We use this information to authenticate users, enforce family roles, carry parent-authorized learning continuity across sessions, answer evidence-based family questions, correct records, secure the service, and investigate failures.
Information is returned only through the connected account's role-safe ARR tools. Infrastructure and authentication providers, including AWS, Google/Cognito, and OpenAI, may process information needed to host, authenticate, and operate the service under their applicable terms. We do not sell family information.
The beta keeps ARR records for continuity until the family owner requests deletion or the service is closed. Deletion and export are currently handled through support. Some security or audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
The service is intended for use under a parent or guardian's control with learners aged 13 and older. The service does not target children under 13, and users must not submit their personal information. A teen session receives only scoped guidance explicitly authorized by the parent. Parents can revoke permissions and request correction or deletion. Do not use the beta where parental consent or local-law requirements have not been satisfied.
Contact support to access, correct, export, or delete family information; revoke a permission; disconnect an account; or ask a privacy question.
