ARR Org may process a verified email address and identity identifier, display name and pending access-request status; server-assigned organization, role, team, and reporting line; user-provided profile details; directions, guardrails, delegated work, status, proposals, blockers, evidence, decisions, handoffs, corrections, and audit metadata.
Do not provide passwords, authentication phrases, one-time codes, government identifiers, payment-card data, unrelated sensitive personal information, full private transcripts, or hidden chain-of-thought reasoning.
We use this information to authenticate users, enforce organizational roles, preserve authorized work context, coordinate decisions, answer evidence-based questions, correct records, secure the service, and investigate failures.
Information is returned only through role-safe ARR tools to authorized members of the same organization. Infrastructure and authentication providers, including AWS, Google/Cognito, and OpenAI, may process information needed to host, authenticate, and operate the service under their applicable terms. We do not sell organization information.
The beta keeps ARR records for operational continuity until an authorized owner requests export or deletion or the service is closed. Some security and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Contact support to access, correct, export, or delete organization information; correct a role or reporting line; revoke access; or ask a privacy question.
